“I appreciated John sharing a list of headhunters after the session, which was useful. During the call, though, I had to ask very specific, in-depth questions to get any input, and the conversation felt one-directional. More proactive guidance and practical insights would make his sessions much more valuable for mentees.”

Their reputation is great returns, great culture, but below-average comp. They do tons of deals so you'll get great experience. They have a dedicated BD team so I doubt you'll do much sourcing as an associate.
