I'm about to start at a 2bn SFO mostly acting as a LP and doing some secondaries / co-investments with 2yrs of prior SS ER experience.
How difficult will it be to upgrade firms from my semi institutional FO to a larger LP (e.g. SWF or sth like that). And does it even make sense?
