Anyone know what to expect in terms of the timeline?
Was told first round notifications will happen during the first 2 weeks of March and that the process should be wrapped up in early April
Has anyone been able to finish all 50 q's in Pimetrics?

For what it’s worth I have a bunch of good relationships at the firm - networking really doesn’t matter much. I believe the first screen is the CCAT that they put a fair amount of weight on.
Did you get an interview?
Yep. Got the email last week. Have spoken to alum and 4 other folks at the firm multiple times who all say networking doesn’t matter much. Being able to articulate a genuine interest in SaaS investing and Vista as a firm matters more.

Did first round with someone in Chicago and 2nd with someone from Austin . Asked about the location choosing process and they said all summers will be in austin and then have the option to choose either chic or austin in the future.
looks like its two first rounds then. i had the opposite. also since it seems like a lot of ppl got the second round
Vista doesn't have a Houston office... Only Austin. All interns will be in Austin and those that receive FT offers have the choice between Chicago and Austin.

I just noticed that there’s a 2023 pe summer analyst posting on my school’s (non target) handshake. Posted like a week ago and expires on sep 11 or smth. I thought applications closed like half a year ago and they would be far into second rounds and what not. Heard some people were already extended offers. Anybody in the know care to comment on whether they are still looking for ppl in their summer analyst class? Thanks!

Just got a rejection email, unlucky thought I did really well on the CCAT
Yea, I heard back on the 14th about the next round. Was surprised since I finished like 42 questions on the CCAT
Non-target, not the best GPA, IB sophomore internship here and I thought I did well on the CCAT, but didn't through to the next round. I thought the CCAT was important and heavily-weighted enough that it might be able to mask my GPA, but I guess not. Congrats and good luck!

Wondering the same thing, had my r1 today.
I had mine today as well and have not heard back yet. Thought R2 was tmrw through Fri but the email also says the dates are subject to change, so I guess we could hear back tmrw
Also had R1 today and thought R2 was tmrw... when I asked my interviewer when I should expect to hear back she wasn't completely sure but thought that R2 might happen next week?
