Vista Value Creation AD role
Can anyone who's currently in the role or was in the role comment on the role itself? I'm currently MBB, looking to switch into PE Ops. I heard that the TC for the AD role is slightly lower than what I might be making right now, but could set me up nicely for future roles in PE Ops, either at a portco or in the fund itself. I'm also slightly worried about the new(ish)ness of the role and whether it might be one of the first to be impacted by AI. All thoughts and observations welcome.
