VP Interviews

Anyone have advice on what to expect at a MF interview for a VP1 role? It’s the same industry I have been working in for the last 3 years.

Obviously able to get through technicals but kind of assume there is a little more benefit of the doubt given that I know how to do math at this point.

Any advice or insight is greatly appreciated.

Deal discussions are really really in-depth. Even if you know all the #s, ins and outs of the deal, etc (which should be a given for platform deals), the issue is being able to convey your knowledge without ranting, which is something that I've been struggling with. And also speaking to your role on deals is very important, such as leading xyz portions of DD and what you were focused on, etc.
