VP interviews // HH ghosting after 1st round?
Had 3 first-round interviews for VP positions at MM PE shops in London over the past few months. All decent funds. In 2 of the 3 cases I've been ghosted by the HH after the interview (which I thought went pretty well), and it's been impossible to get any feedback — which at this stage would be incredibly valuable. I'm thinking about reaching out directly to the MDs I interviewed with to ask for their feedback. What do you think?
