What AI tools would you push your PL to adopt on a live project?

At a small PE advisory shop, mostly commercial / AI DDs. PLs here are open to AI but get annoyed when we suggest stuff that’s dropped two weeks into the project.

So far what’s actually stuck for us is claude for going through data room docs and expert call notes, claude in excel for cleaning up exports, and riplo slides for first drafts of pages. I work there so obviously biased lol, but it low key works

Haven’t figured out full data room review yet. anyone using hebbia / rogo on a single project or is that only worth it firm-wide? also do you get client sign-off before putting CIM stuff into these tools?

and has anyone had AI mess something up in a deliverable? feels like it’s only a matter of time
