Career Resources
If you’re in a decent group at a decent bank, that’s all you need to get interviews. And then it’s more up to you to land the offer.
I’m at a “T2 bank” and got an offer over GS/MS kids who were also interviewing.
Starting FT soon also at "T2 bank" (mid BB) in a decent group. Looking at GE/tech buyout exits and have some questions for you
1. How much should I prioritize networking?
2. Did you create a shortlist of places you wanted to interview? How many of those firms did you get interview opportunities? Want to see how long my list needs to be realistically
congrats on rbc
