What Are My Exits?

Hello everybody. I graduated in June and recently started at a very small PE shop based in the U.S. We've completed a few buyouts and we have more deals in the pipeline, but the firm itself is very small. This is nice because I'm a lot more involved in the deal process, but I'm also thinking about my exits down the road. In general, what do my exits look like out of a position like this, and what are the best skills I can develop while I'm here? Thank you.
