What background to enter special situations?
Currently working as PE analyst. Curious if its possible to make a career switch to special situations. What background is most typical in SS? Is it possible to make a switch from PE to SS? Would appreciate your insights!
Definitely doable especially from an UMM/MF analyst program. Gets more difficult if you're at a no-name fund.
