What is the Off-Cycle Recruiting Process Like?
As someone who got an offer after a days-long on-cycle process, can anyone here shed light on what the off-cycle process is like? How quickly do processes run / how flexible are they? Thinking about forgoing my mba and considering senior associate opportunities but also really like my current seat so unsure how to go about it
