What technical questions expect in an interview for an internship in Merchant Banking?

Hello, Recently, I got invited to an interview for an internship role in Merchant Banking, in particular in their Real Estate investing team. The employer is a BB bank in London. From what I understand the Merchant Banking division is like their in-house Private Equity division.

I'll have always been practicing for Investment Banking technical interviews, so I feel confident with the following topics: - Accounting and financial statements - Mergers & Acquisitions - Valuation Methods - Leverage Buy-Out Models.

I imagine these interviews might put emphasis on LBO questions, but do you think I should study any other topic to be ready for the interview? Should I expect questions on Asset Management as well? Please, if someone works or has experience in Merchant Banking at BB, please I would appreciate some insights.
