What's next for my professional development?

I'm at my first job out of undergrad at a PE shop and learning a ton every day. I'm still fairly new, but getting the hang of most of my day to day responsibilities. Has anyone done anything out of work that improved their career trajectory overall? When I was still in school I took a few courses and that really helped me stand out from others. But since I'm already in the industry, is there anything more to do? Any certifications or courses that are worth it after your first job? I don't plan on going for an MBA because I don't want to be out of the workforce for two years.
