What's the latest on Centre Lane Partners?

Know vaguely the type of deals they do (special sits / deep value), saw they sold a GP stake and had some turnover in 2020, but anyone have any additional color?  Comp, rep, culture, WLB/facetime, mix between debt/equity, etc.  Would appreciate any insight!

Bump. I think fund size has been decreasing over time but don’t have much other context

Associate 3 in PE - LBOs

Interesting - maybe that's on the credit side?  Looking at CapIQ it looks like they went from 337mm Fund IV to 700mm for Fund V for the PE fund.

Can we share our thoughts on their career progression and comp package for Associate 1 please?

Also, their website is not super helpful to learn about past deals in my opinion.

The founders sold part of their GP stake not too long ago and they've had a ton of turnover. Have also heard the culture is terrible and they're struggling to fundraise. Would recommend staying away.
