Why does Barclays exit so well?

Am I missing something? Why does Barclays seem to have better exits than other mid-tier BB's (Citi/BofA) on average?

From the guys I've spoken to at Barc vs at Citi or BofA, coverage is placing well amidst the turmoil. Anyone know why its seemingly so strong?
