Hi- are there any considerations that should be made when interviewing with an Asian based firm with us offices? I’m concerned that there may be expectations to work late at night, culture/time zone differences, etc. does anyone have experience working at a foreign financial institution? Would like to have an open discussion and consider all factors.

If they’re big enough in the US it should not be an issue. Most of the work will be within the US and any cross-border stuff will be worked by teams in both Asia and US.
What if it is a small firm and even smaller team?
