Would it be possible for a foreigner to find a pe job after mba/msf?

Hi. Could anyone give me some thoughts on whether there is a chance for a foreigner to get a pe job- if possible focusing on buyout - after MBA or MSF in U.S? I might be able to work in U.S. up to 3years after getting the degree if I take STEM curriculum like the one MIT provides. So given the time, I would love to work for pe in U.S. before I go back.

My Background I've got a business adiministration degree, and I've been working for a growth capital pe shop under an asset management company(AUM $1.4b) for an year after the graduation in Korea.

I would probably work for another 2~3 years, or maybe more, but after that I definitely want to give it a shot if possible.

P.S. Would CFA lv3 or CAIA help in this situation? I don't have them yet, I would get them if they helps.

Thank you for taking your time.
