Their largest strategy is a suburban office play that isn’t going too well from what I’ve heard, not sure how successful they are vs peers
As per culture, I get the sense some of the senior members of the team are a little sneaky, but that’s just my 2 cents

Dishonest, willfully misleading others, trying to circumvent agents when doing deals

I brushed up w/ them in a Western market.
They built an okay industrial building that was just locationally awkward.Great submarket but they clearly didn't think carefully about how the operation would work. They got bailed out by an aggressive core-fund so... whatever.
Not sure what you're supposed to get out of this... maybe that in this one instance they were not exactly thoughtful. They prob got a sweet development fee though and made money.
