Not 100% sure what you mean by work with candidates, as in do they provide a tailored job search experience and help you land a job? No they don’t do that sort of thing as far as I’m aware. Not doubting you in that this service probably exists, just haven’t come across that personally.
As you mentioned, they’re more of a job aggregator. If they think your application is the right fit they’ll definitely work with you every step of the process. They’re very communicative which is what I appreciated.
