1 Hour Case interview preparation

Hi, I have an in person interview coming up next week for an Investment Associate role in Commercial Real Estate. This role will be focused more on Portfolio Management at a large scale institutional investor. HR told me that it would consist of a 1 hour case, 30 min presentation to a panel, and 2 30 min behavioural interview.

The case, I was told, would be an Excel information dump (not sure of what), and a slide deck template, along with the case instructions itself. Given the limited time frame I don't expect it to be a modeling case, and given the nature of the role I expect it to be more strategic in nature (e.g. some simpleish analysis in Excel and think of what I would do/recommend).

Any recommendations on how to prepare?
