1st Year analyst working from home
What is it like for a first year analyst working from home? Do you find yourself more/less productive? Would you rather be going into the office? Real estate is such a relationship business I feel like I am missing out on the networking experience and not learning as much as I would in the office.
2nd year analyst at a top team in a major market. I've been going into the office for the past 4-5 months because our MDs have been going into the office. I was working from home for around 2-3 months and was definitely less productive. But I also found myself working strange times since i was getting more requests from clients and my team. I was keeping in touch with my team through the phone and zoom almost everyday. Are you keeping in touch with your team?
