Anyone have advice for two hour development modeling test. Haven't done too much for development. Have done a few for acquisitions of office/multifamily/industrial in the past. Assuming a sources/uses, cash flows, debt, and waterfall. Any suggestions of resources to use? Not as familiar with structuring debt and other nuances for developments. Thanks guys.
