Cbre wheel program
Do graduates of that program become brokers right out the gate?
Honestly not sure. They introduce you to a lot more than just brokerage in that program
If you google most Wheel program members last name you will find that their Dad is a top producer at CBRE. So most become brokers because they already have a foot in the door/ it makes the most money.
Rialto's rotational program in Miami, USAA Real Estate's rotational program in San Antonio, Tishman Speyer's analyst program, Kushner's analyst program, Host Hotel & Resorts' rotational program, LNR rotational analyst program. There are a ton, just google and poke around LinkedIn for 15 minutes.

Avesta has a solid business training program from what I have been told. Looks like they have openings in Tampa & Austin.
Read a few posts saying Edens' 3y FMP program is pretty good - anyone have any first hand knowledge as to whether this is true?

It is, I have friends that did it / are doing it. Great shop, some of them stay there others leave for very good MBA programs. Culture is solid too (at least in DC). Bunch of smart, connected SEC/ACC type people.
Any idea on the salary for people in the rotational program? I hear good things about the program, but concern is once I am done with the 3 yr program in SC, dont know if I could transfer out to another office.
Any idea on how you apply or how often the positions open up? What experience level are they looking for?
I have heard that Edens' program is legit. DDR has an 18 month rotational program that is solid. I think a lot of REITs have some sort of rotational program and I've seen a number of them hiring like "Junior Analyst" positions now too

Go do 2 years in Eastdil's analyst program -> MF REPE or any other RE job you could want
is the 2 yr analyst program only in New York?
Most go to Santa Monica for the initial stint
Seems like a fair amount of these programs are closed or done recruiting for 2017 analysts
