I get tired of seeing reports about the 'best markets in real estate' only to find they're recommending markets like Portland, Nashville, Austin, etc. The reports focus on appreciation and recommend markets with median property prices of seven figures rather than CASHFLOW. Let's be honest, if any list includes Austin, Portland, NYC, or Nashville, it's not a report for cashflow.
