2025 Canadian CRE Job Market (and upskilling?)

Just thought i'd make a post to see how the Canadian side is doing since we always see the general comments about the states. Looking to hear about how the new grads are making out/if people are lateraling/getting ghosted by recruiters or headhunters.

Any advice/thoughts for someone on the debt side of lending looking to transition over to the equity side or potentially AM? I did want to become an originator/RM at some point but would like to explore options. I feel like we may see an uptick in roles in the fall/going into bonus season so thought i'd consider taking this time to do some BIWS/WSO/Wall Street Prep/Adventures in CRE modeling courses (reviews on the courses are welcomed)
