3rd year Analyst In AM, just got a “market rate” raise.
Work at a Life Co in SF/NY just got a market rate adjustment to my salary.
Base:
105k -> 120k
Bonus:
10k -> 15k
Seems pretty fair to me, wondering what other analysts are making in AM.

Seems about right. I know a third year AM analyst that made 85k + 50k this is before recent salary increases
Are you at a Nuveen/PGIM/Metlife type of firm? That manages third party capital?
Yes.
Also AM analyst at one of these lifecos, but in a different office. Base seems normal and the bonus seems low.
1st year analyst. Will update on comp once received in few months
Did you start in their analyst program or where you a lateral? We had our bases raised from 75k to 85k (10k bump across the 1-3rd year analyst )
.
That’s a pretty high base but shitty bonus.
