75-hour real estate salesperson qualifying education course approved by the Secretary of State?
I am currently trying to pursue a real estate salesperson license in New York. I understand that the first steps is to 75-hour real estate salesperson qualifying education course approved by the Secretary of State. I am looking at online courses provided by Kaplan or NYREI and have been trying to contact the division of licensing services to confirm they are qualified. Does anyone know if they are qualified?
