I'm well aware of AZ's reputation financing some of the most complex deals in the country. I was wondering if anyone had any information on their investment sales platform. Do they offer associates a salary or a draw? Is it straight commission? I'm expecting long hours to be a requirement but that seems to be standard. Any insight would be greatly appreciated.
