Acquisition Analyst Year 1

Just received an offer to be an acquistion analyst -- it seems to be rather low. Have heard that base should be ~$100-120k with 30% target bonus. Would appreciate opinions on this matter, not in NYC or LA, think Chicago, Boston, Miami, etc.

Your first job? Here's another way to think about it.

What reason do you think you deserve more? As an analyst 1, what value can you give?

How many legal docs, SPAs have you negotiated? And how many documents have you helped review to best position your investments in terms of tax/structure?

If you're answer to those is never, be happy with your market based comp.
