Hi guys,
Got a verbal offer for an acquisitions analyst position on a REIT in a southern city (Dallas, Atlanta, Charlotte). Was wondering what comp i should be targeting for this position. Was told everyone gets a form of equity comp but haven't been told salary + bonus structure yet.

A lateral from a non investment heavy position, currently about 2-years into my career.

I would guess $60-70k plus ~20% bonus or so, maybe $75-85k all-in.
