A.CRE vs BIWS RE for REPE prep?
I am deciding between the two options (A.CRE and BIWS RE). For those of you who have experiences, which option seems to be the better prep material for PE interview and modeling test?

Have heard ACRE is very good. Get REFM is what I used when I was an analyst / breaking in and it was great.
Analyst in our team used Wallstreetprep and was happy with it. I haven’t spent too much time looking at any option, but my recommendation would be ACRE. It looks like the most CRE focused and has the broadest range of models which can help you pick up the nuances of different property types. A lot of other options look like a knowledge gap filler for someone going into REIB who’ll be focusing on REITs.
ACRE is so good. Seems like it costs a lot but the return is worth it. Unlike the other courses, ACRE gives you the ability to dive super deep into a particular topic. It also gives you 11 case studies after you complete the accelerator. I just finished the accelerator and am going to pay another $400 to get access to the advanced modules.
Looking to transition to a REPE role in the near future. Is the core curriculum enough or would you recommend purchasing the advanced version ?
If you don't know how to model a CRE investment, or aren't confident in your ability, the regular Accelerator course will be enough.
You can always upgrade with an additional payment... this route also will extend your membership. I finished the accelerator in ~3 months, and after I upgraded, I will have access to the platform for a total of 15 months.
