Actual job duties for asset managers?
I am trying to figure out what I want in CRE. I feel like it is a role in asset management but I don’t typically quite know fully what you guys do on a day to day basis.
For those of you who are asset managers, what do you do on a technical level? Debt and equity side all wanted.
