Does anyone here have experience with Self-Storage conversion projects? Looking for an initial estimate or range of estimates for conversion costs on a PSF basis for a Big Box/Warehouse type building to get my BOE analysis started. I've seen a range of $17-$25 psf in my research so far - does this sound accurate?
