I flew out to Abu Dhabi 5+ years ago for an interview, so its possible my info is stale. But a few things to add:

1. ADIA will pay for your housing, so that's a major perk of working there. So while pay is in the ~$200 range, you're saving all that money that you're not spending on housing.

2. The Americas team is all based in Abu Dhabi.

3. A lot of interesting office dynamics as an expat working there to consider. The lifestyle isn't for everyone.

Thank you - this is helpful.

Just a few questions if that's OK.

1. Do they fully cover housing or is it just partial based off of a housing allowance? Of course, I am not asking for a luxury lifestyle, but is the housing allowance sufficient to fully cover an "average", say 2-bed apartment near the office?

2. Do you know if ADIA is an odd one out that provides housing support or is it common across the Middle Eastern companies?

3. Could you please elaborate on the interesting office dynamics? What do you mean by it?

Thanks in advance.
