Advice for a broker looking to move West

What's up guys, I just got back from a trip in Denver, CO and I was curious to know how I could plan a move to the city.

I spent a week visiting my best friend who just moved there from Miami, and despite the dusty city vibes, he seems happy and I enjoyed the culture and lifestyle myself.

I'm a residential-commercial broker here in SoFlo, with a local mom & pop shop so I'm not exactly breaking ground with the Related Group.

I'm single & just turned 28 so it seems like a good time to consider starting a new chapter in life.

I was thinking of getting into property management in CO since I manage a few properties here (tenants love to hate me) and I can live with that type of job to make ends meet while I get familiar with the city and build relationships.

How would you guys go about it in my situation? I'd like to aim for a job that pays 60k/year since I think that's realistically in line with my qualifications since most of my time has been spent as a broker.

Thanks in advance,

-J
