Recently have accepted an offer for a real estate analyst role, primarily focusing on RE analytics & investment analysis on the AM side -- coming from a non-RE background (mainly have worked in FP&A roles to date), curious to hear from people on this forum any advice for someone just getting started in the industry, things you did early on that ended up being beneficial down the line, anything you would've done differently when first beginning your CRE career, and how to be best successful first starting out!
