Affordable Housing IS

Any one on here have experience in affordable housing investment sales? Curious as to the current landscape given the administration and career outlook. It seems like a very relevant topic that’s not going away as the demand is certainly there.

Also, do Aff IS brokers make good money? (Ironic I know). I like money too. Any buy side/developers please chime in as you guys pay the brokerage fee hahah.
