Aggressive Lenders
hello fellow monkeys
I want to know what you all have come across with regards to lenders being aggressive with their thresholds for acquisitions and development loans. Whether they be:
DSCR
ltv
ltc
cut in fees
recourse.
i/o periods
so on and so forth
(feel free to add more of what you've seen)
Who are some of the industries biggest risk takers/with most aggressive terms. Im guessing its debt funds but im looking more for names. thx
Two names I know off the top of my head are Madison Realty Capital and Fortress Investment Group.
MD: "We're super overlevered and need somebody to take out our shitty bank loan. Go find us a lender."
Analyst: "...."
