AI in Real Estate/Modeling Thoughts?
I work at a mega fund in originations and have noticed more deals coming in that appear to be completely drafted by Claude. I’m talking to the point where half the Excel columns are collapsed and values aren’t even visible, so it’s pretty clear no one reviewed the output before sending it.
I find myself losing some respect for sponsors when I see this. Am I looking at it the wrong way?
