I was talking to their acquisitions team, but met with a lot of the AM folks in the process including the head of AM. Seems like a very laid back but sharp group all around. Unlike most other LifeCos they work almost exclusively on value-add / ground-up deals using their balance sheet, so I imagine the AM work would be pretty interesting and good experience. The acquisitions team splits up the geography into 4 (or 5) regions, but not sure if AM functions the same way or if one team oversees everything on the balance sheet.
