There was a miami herald article about the two brothers when they were in high school sexually assaulting a girl who ended up dying from it, which they got removed like a decade later and records expunged. Seems like they continued that activity until getting married recently, where they then cleaned up the act.
My gf told me one of the brothers tried the same exact move on her about ten years back that some of the victims stories outlined, so I believe the claims but that's just my two cents.

Well, I only went to undergrad with one of the brothers, so I can speak to "they". The other thing (and this is sad to say) is that this was rare but not unheard of for people in broader social circles I was in. Not sure why no one cared but I guess it was a different time prior to #metoo. For me, I didn't know any of the rumors to be absolutely true so it was just conjecture to me.
Edit: To be more specific, my understanding of what would happen is they would either given girls drugs knowingly or unknowingly and then have sex with them. So, again, if it was knowingly, it wasn't a crime per se (I'm not a lawyer) but it seemed like a decent chance that it was unknowingly.
