Started working with some investors that have a strong appetite for industrial/Flex. I’ve primarily had a multifamily background, but curious to learn from others experience in the asset class. What are things I should be looking for or avoiding? What are common misconceptions on the asset class? How do you view cap rates going in and on the exit?
