Debt team is still housed under the AB name, but equity side was re-branded as Prospect Ridge. Either way, both sides have sharp people that work on interesting and complicated transactions.
Isn’t their debt fund an unlevered senior loan fund? That’s like the safest area in all of RE. They’re prob targeting like 6-7% returns. This is just based off what I read on their website.
I know they’re trying to raise a HY fund but haven’t seen any news on it yet
They have high yield funds under AB. No clue if they are Leverred. But they do have them.
