Allianz RE - Debt Test
Hey guys - I have had a few interviews with Allianz for a Debt Analyst position and they want me to come in to take an underwriting test. Does anyone have any info on this test, like how in depth it is going to be? I wasn't given a time frame or anything of how long it should take, but they said plan on being there for a few hours (I'm also meeting with a senior member beforehand).
Any info would be greatly appreciated!
Is this the position in New York? If so, good news for you cause they already trimmed the interviewing pool. I went in for an office visit a month or so ago. I had an underwriting test for a developer/owner and it took four hours. Basically underwriting a past deal and creating a couple macros.
Interesting, can you expand upon the macros you had to build?
I always built macros for tedious repeatable processes and never to model a one-off deal so interested in your application, especially since I assume they expected you to know the macros....
