Altus Group Real Estate Valuation Analyst Video Interview
I have been selected for a video interview for Altus Group for a Real Estate Valuation Analyst position. Basically I will have to answer questions that appear on the screen using my webcam. Does anyone know what questions might be asked or what I can expect? Or what can I expect and how to prepare for a video interview in general? I have never done one of these before.
A.CRE has a decent guide on how to prepare for RE technical interviews:

I unfortunately don't have many insights into the Atlus Group in particular, but I would recommend making a few practice questions, putting them on your computer screen, and filming yourself with your webcam.
You need to pay attention to the angle that the camera frames your face (low angles are creepy and make everyone look fat), how the light levels are in the video, what is behind your head on the screen, how your voice sounds on the microphone, etc. Basically, all of the things you would care about if you were a YouTuber.
Also, pay attention to your levels of eye contact, how much you smile, how much you fidget, how you generally "come across" in your answers. You want to appear thoughtful, enthusiastic, and professional.
Finally, wear a suit and tie, but don't wear pants. Not wearing pants in a video interview cracks me up. I did it to get into Johns Hopkins.
