Investments/Development Analyst at a large REIT in a major US Metro.
Work on average 8:30 - 6 with ~5 hrs on the weekend.
Currently getting paid $65K plus 10-20% bonus

I'd say with a BA/BS you should be making 78-84k.
We just hired a Financial Modeler for our Development team out of a top RE undergrad school and he got 86K plus 20% TB and 5K sign on.
He did intern all four years and one total year for us

I'd say you can prob get 85-95k base with that exp.
that sounds like something an old firm I worked at would pay, but they underpaid a lot so there was a lot of turnover. It's been a little over a year, but everyone except top mgmt has left.
Yes by a lot. I have less than 1 year experience and making $100K TC right now in debt brokerage.
I would’t say brokerage analysts are comparable on comp just given the variability of pay.
