Amherst InsightLabs - strategy/research undertaken - any info?
Does anybody have any knowledge on the working within Amherst Capital and how they use the data provided by Amherst InsightLabs? What research is this research arm providing? Is it solely related to public market investing they do?
It seems Amherst Capital touts a data driven approach on their website, but I would be curious how this pertains to their private lending platforms. Obviously this is very applicable in their mbs and to a degree their cmbs strategies but curious to what data analytics could bring the to private side of their business.
