Analyst at brokerage shop

So I have a phone screen tomorrow for an Analyst at a Commercial advisory shop. Qualifications are pretty much all "preferred" for things like valuation and Argus and such. Had an internship with investment shop with no modeling and now I'm full time entry level at a F20 doing finnancial analyst stuff.

My question is, how do I go about the interview and getting my resume then passed to hiring brokers? I understand real estate from a basic stand point but no modeling or Argus experience. Im afraid after phone screen this will go no where in landing me an in person.
