Can anyone provide any insight/advice on a follow up interview with an office head at a national debt/equity placement shop in a primary market? I have had several phone conversations and an in-person interview with 5 or 6 producers on the team. My next meeting is with the office head.
Also any insight on salary would be greatly appreciated. I have 2 years experience in debt/equity placement.

I had a phone interview with the same type of shop but two years old. What can I expect from further interviews? What would you recommend to pry my way in?
