I've been numerous debt funds/bridge lenders offering 2-3 year money for transitional and value-add assets pop up within the last few years. Does anyone have experience as an analyst for groups originating these bridge deals? How were you sizing/underwriting your loans, what were typical loan terms, etc? How did you determine future funding and initial funding amounts, etc.
